Welcome to Friendable. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Friendable is operated by CompuMac Computervertrieb GmbH, Werastraße 42, 88045 Friedrichshafen, Germany (see the Impressum).

1. The service

Friendable lets you share when you are free and discover what to do with friends. Friendable is currently offered as a closed alpha and is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Friendable. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Friendable to harass others, share unlawful content, attempt to access other users’ data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content you share

You retain ownership of the information you add (such as your interests and availability). You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service for you and the friends you choose to share with.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friendable and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including plans made or events attended through the app.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
