This page explains what data Friendable collects and how it is used. Friendable is operated by CompuMac Computervertrieb GmbH, Werastraße 42, 88045 Friedrichshafen, Germany. Friendable is built around a simple principle: we only ever show when you are free, never what you are doing.
Data we collect
Account data (email address), profile data you add (name, city, interests, activity preferences, optional profile photo), availability slots you create, friend connections, and plans you make. We do not access your device calendar contents.
How we use your data
Your data is used only to operate the service: to show your chosen friends when you are free, suggest activities based on shared interests, and send you notifications you have opted into. We do not sell your personal data.
Who can see your data
Availability is shared only with the friends, groups, or specific people you select for each slot. Profile details are visible only to you and your confirmed friends. Access is enforced server-side with row-level security policies.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting product analytics to understand how the app is used. Analytics only load after you give consent via the cookie banner, and you can decline without losing any functionality.
Data storage & security
Data is stored on managed infrastructure (Supabase) with encryption in transit. Profile photos are kept in a private storage bucket served via short-lived signed URLs. We apply rate limiting to sensitive endpoints.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email hello@friend-able.com.
